FITNESS
IS WITHIN REACH FOR EVERYONE

Give the gift of cycling fitness?
Has someone you know and live entered a long distance cycle event, or committed to ride 100km with friends? What ever their reason for wanting to get cycle-fit, getting to 100km is a worthwhile but challenging goal.
So how do you get there? How can they plan their training and know what rides to do?
Getting fit enough to ride 100km takes time. No single hard ride or enthusiastic week will be enough. Instead, fitness comes from consistent training, week-by-week, month-by-month, in a structured and progressive way.
The Cent-Soulor will give them that.

"As a life long cyclist I love helping others find enjoyment riding a bike."
The Cent-Soulor was written specifically for people relatively new to cycling and who might never have trained in an organised way before. Building week by week, it's structured, progressive program creates fitness at a safe and manageable rate.
I am a qualified British Cycling coach and from beginners to professionals, I am constantly inspired by watching other people progress.
Let the Cent-Soulor help you discover the joy of the open road.
IS THE
CENT-SOULOR
RIGHT FOR THEM?
If they are new to cycling, have got the biking bug and if they have only ever ridden for an hour or so but want to ride more. If they've signed up for a big ride; a Sportive perhaps or a charity ride and the distance is scary. Or if they just want the challenge of riding 100km in one go.
If yes to any of these, then the Cent-Soulor will definitely be good for them.
It will tell them what rides to do, and when. It will help fit cycling into their life, so getting out on the bike becomes a habit. And it will explain why they are doing things. As the course progresses they will be asked to ride in different ways, building cycling skill as well as fitness.
I have recorded background videos for before they start, weekly videos to set the tone of that week and instructions for every ride. Through them they will benefit from the experience of my 40 years at the top of the sport.
So, if you know someone who wants to progress their cycling and could benefit from some focus, structure and encouragment - the Cent-Soulor will help them.

How Does it Work?
Watch this short video from Cent-Soulor creator, Peter Georgi to find out how the program works and how it can help people you know.
"I was looking for a way to get to the next level with my cycling, and this did it for me. The structure was key. Thank-you Cent-Soulor."
Sarah Cooper
"The videos helped massively, you not only know what rides to do but why you are doing them. It's great learning new riding skills."
